poor dealers in re buy torneys

During the first hour of a re/buy torney,many a time i have been sat at a table with very poor dealers who have not a clue what is going on.My point is on the other tables there are good dealers ,so straight away you are at a disadvantage probaly seeing 30/35 an hr with a good dealer to 15/20 with a poor one.This is an unfair situation to be in and needs to be ironed out ,as with many other aspects to our new card room.

Casino appears to have little interest in improving the quality of service in the poker room. The dealers are not trained correctly, a few of us went up to Calahonda to play in a tournament there recently, the standard of dealers was different quality.

Its a shame, waste of a card room that has alot more potential than they lower and lower amount of people appearing for tournaments and cash games.

Im normally from marbella and play in the Calahonda tourneys. First time i came to Gala i was sat at a cashgame 050-100 NLH, i found this to be a very great designed place and the atmosphere was great. However after about 1 hour the dealer changed... Ok first hand was alright, i got A7 off suite, raised the pot and got 1 caller. Flop comes AA5, i raise pot and get called. Turn comes 2, i raise 1/2 pot and get called again. River comes 4. I raise 1/2 pot and ger raised. i call.... believe it or not... that fcker hat 7-3.... i mucked by hand as i was on the last to show (raiser shows first)... the dealer takes by cards out the muck and turns them over..... I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I SAW, i play alot of poker and i have never seen this before in my life... If you want returning players TRAIN YOUR STAFFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
