Sunday lunchtime i tried to register on line for the "Almost Freeroll" scheduled for 6pm today, only to discover the " register today " link is innactive.
Undeterred i call the casino and ask to be put through to the poker room only to be told it's closed, can i register with you? "no i can put you through to a team leader"? "hi can i register for todays game please? no you have to do that in person", "a bit difficult as i'm calling from malaga", "you can register later if you want"!"can you tell me how many players have already registered", "yes if you call me back in a few minutes" which i did only to be told that 93 players out of a maximum of 120 have.Im sorry my party of 5 players are not going to drive all the way from malaga to find we have missed out because 27 people got there before us.So we miss out, the misses out from 5 new members who would have played the freeroll and stayed for the freezeout later that's minus £50 in registrations , add to that the char grill bill roughly 5 x £30 per head plus a bar bill of say £10 per head, i make gala minus at least £250 all because the registration button don't work!Sort yourselves out!

do u know anyone who lives in gib that can go down and register for you?

Thankyou for the suggestion but reception or the team leader said we had to register in person.
Surely they could have taken a provisional registration and allocated us 5 seats then given them away if we failed to register by 4pm, but that would have been too easy!
