• English only to be spoken at the table at all times.
• Being drunk at the table is not acceptable – only one warning will be given, you will then be asked to leave the tournament and the casino.
• Following a random seating draw at the start of the tournament and a random seating draw for the final table the button will always start at SEAT 1.
• The player ‘on the button’ will be the dealer.
• The deal will pass in a clockwise direction. (only applies to non-dealer tables)
• The Shuffle / Cut & Deal will be made by 3 separate players. (only applies to non-dealer tables)
• Left of the button shuffles – Right of the button Cuts – The button deals (only applies to non-dealer tables)
• If in a re-buy tournament you may only re-buy once you have less than 50% of the total starting chips.
• Re-buy & Add-on chips value will be equal to buy-in starting chip amount (unless otherwise stated).
• Chips Race – All odd chips will receive 1 card per chip – High card will take ALL. Ace of Spades is the highest (Clubs – Diamonds – Hearts – Spades is the ranking order low to high).
• Pre-registered players that are not in position at the start of the tournament will be “Anti-ed Away”. If not present at the table by the first anti increase their chips will be removed, no entry stake or fee will be returned.
• When situations occur and there can be no further betting, cards are to be “On their Backs” (applies to tournament play only).
• Excessive dwelling with the ‘Nuts’ is not acceptable, and a decision to award the pot against you may be taken – beware!
• If a player ‘facing action’ exposes one or more of his or her card/s then they are deemed to have passed, therefore their hand is dead.
• If a player that is NOT ‘facing action’ exposes one or more of his or her card/s then they cannot MAKE any action for the remainder of that betting round – they can only equal another player bet or raise.
• A bet out of turn goes in all circumstances. When the action gets to the player that had bet out of turn and the current action exceeds his / her bet out of turn, he / she may only call or pass (not raise) if he / she decide to pass the amount that was bet of turn is forfeited and remains in the pot.
• Check out of turn. When a player checks out of turn, he / she may not make any action for the remained of that betting round. They may only equal any bet made.
• Use of mobile phone while sat at the tables is forbidden, as respect to other players, please move out of the room to talk on the phone.
• If a player is deemed disruptive to the tournament there is the possibility of being “sin-binned” for a period of time decided appropriate (minimum 15 minutes). The player will be anti-ed away during this period. Persistent disruptive behaviour will result in disqualification from the tournament and the players chips will be removed, no entry stake or fee will be returned.
• All customers are reminded that while watching others play your advice or opinions on whether or not a player should Check/Bet/Call/Raise etc should not be voiced while hands are in progress. Any violation could result in you being asked to leave the poker room.
• Every endeavour will be made to reach a conclusion on all tournaments, however currently all tournaments must cease at 3am; therefore prize money (and ranking points) will be determined via a chip count. Should 2 or more players have the same chip count then a single on their backs hand will decide the finishing position of those players.
In all situations the Decision of the Tournament Director is final
